Add disk cleanup step to free space in GitHub Actions
...
Removes unused pre-installed software to free ~30-45GB:
- .NET SDK (~20-25GB)
- Haskell compiler (~5-8GB)
- Boost libraries (~1-2GB)
- Cached tool versions (~5-10GB)
Includes timing and space metrics for each removal
