Update .kodiak.toml (#782)

maybe this can stop @PeerRich & @baileypumfleet to use the force squash? everything you open will be automatically approved so you can use "Auto-merge" at least when you yolo stuff Co-authored-by: kodiakhq[bot] <49736102+kodiakhq[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
