## Description
- Expose flag for when ML and Memories is running
- UI fix for deleting all files in cluster
- Log times ML models are loaded
## Tests
Tested in debug mode on my pixel 8.

## Description
- Fixed crashes on 200MP photos by decoding them at lower resolution (at
trade-off of zoom)
- Fixed a text overflow issue
## Tests
Tested on a separate build with multiple 200MP photos on my pixel 8.
